Olá! I’m Juliana, a Brazilian-born yoga and meditation instructor and certified master health & wellness coach with a passion for holistic living and empowering others to find balance in body, mind, and spirit.

I’ve had the incredible privilege of living in many different countries, embracing diverse cultures and experiences that have deeply shaped my approach to wellness. Each place has added to my journey and enriched my understanding of health beyond borders.

Yoga and Meditation

Yoga entered my life gradually, showing me its profound benefits. Inspired, I earned my Hatha certification in 2022 and have since dedicated myself to sharing this practice. In 2025, I deepened my path with Yin yoga and meditation, bringing a gentler rhythm into my classes. My teaching blends Hatha and Yin—uniting mindful movement with self-awareness, please join me on the mat to explore the peace and strength already within you.

Health and Wellness Coaching

My passion for health and wellness has guided me to help others reach their best selves. In June 2025, I completed my certification with AFPA and am now pursuing National Board certification to deepen my practice. My coaching is collaborative, designed to empower sustainable lifestyle changes. Together, we will explore strategies that build lasting habits and support your health and wellness goals.
